My iPod Touch Got locked up and I'm trying to get back into it without deleting all my stuff. Is it possible to back my iPod up on the computer before I reset it ..so that once it's reseted .. I can hook it back up to the computer so that it will put everything back on it? I heard all music will be lost , but will my pictures of videos and apps be gone ? :( ?
